This
is teacreed production for 2015. Spring tea harvested before Tomb Sweeping
Day from Dachau mountains where are located in the county of Lincang. Dachau
trees are some of the oldest in existence, most tress are more than 100 years
old.
This little tea ball is specially designed
for westerns, 8g per ball and could make one brewing. High level of compression
is perfect for aging and will preserve the integrity of the leaves for brewing.
My favorite part is the aroma of the dry ball.
Followed by the aroma of the brewed tea and then the tea itself and uniform
spring buds shape.
The brewed tea is delicious full of thick
and sweet after-taste. With age the bitterness will develop more textured
characteristics! This 2015 puer ball is one year, and the liquidare is light
gold, very nice.
